Over the weekend I hit two new places in Raleigh with a friend and we had a blast at both. First stop was Kimbap for food.

Kimbap offers Korean-inspired food made of fresh, local ingredients and a selection of local beers. The vibe was fun and casual and the food was delicious. After dinner we weren’t quite ready to head home, so we chatted about where to head next. I remembered seeing a Raleigh What’s Up instagram pic mentioning new Raleigh destination, Clockwork, so we headed over there.
The decor is super funky, especially the striped hall, but fun. There’s lots of great drinks and food to choose from, and the staff is really nice. Clockwork is a great choice for date night, girls night or even group night out (they’ve got a lounge area with sofas and chairs).
